I been a real estate appraiser since 2003. I am a Certified Residential Appraiser with qualifications in FHA, RD, MSHDA. I have extensive experienced in estate settlement, marriage dissolution appraisals, estate planinig appraisals and tax appeal work. I also have experience in expert witness testomony. I am a native to the Kingsley Area, I have lived in Northern Michigan my entire life. I enjoy the Northern Michigan lifestyle and the many activities it offers. My spare time is spent mostly outdoors, hunting, fishing, golfing, and enjoying an array of sports. I have been a Firefighter/EMT since 2003 as well. I served The Kingsley area from 2003-2021 through Grand Traverse Rural Fire Department as a Firefighter, Lieutenant, Captain and Fire Chief. I moved to the Empire area and have been serving with Cedar Area Fire and Rescue as a paid on call Firefighter/EMT since 2021.
